JoAnn is a graduate of Southern University at New Orleans where she earned both her Bachelors and Master's Degree in Social Work. She is an alumnus of Life Purpose Institute and DeVos Urban Leadership Initiative. She currently serves as the Executive Director of Willie Dean Ministries, Inc.
