About Us

JoAnn & Willie Dean, Jr. became one in 2008. Realizing their connection was not an accident, they wasted no time doing the work to build a solid relationship.  Both served in the same market niche, human services - one as a Social Worker the other as a Counselor.  After years of service and watching clients repeat the same behavior patterns they decided to create an environment for service where God would be first. 

Pastor Willie Dean, Jr. is an ordained Minister, Author and Advocate of learning, Willie Dean, Jr. has earned an Associates of Arts Degree in Law Enforcement, a Bachelor's of Arts Degree in Political Science, a Master's Degree in Criminal Justice and a Masters of Applied Theology. Aftr the physical doors closed on Hope for Life Community Church, Pastor Dean felt the desire to host  “An Encounter with God”, a weekly broadcast to meet the need of our community. 

Lady JoAnn Dean is a six - time self-published Author, Board Certified Life Coach and Host of "The Faith Circle" membership community. She has been helping others help themselves for over 20 years! She is a graduate of Southern University at New Orleans where she earned both her Bachelors and Master's Degree in Social Work.  She is an alumni of Life Purpose Institute and Devos Urban Leadership Initiative. She currently serves as the Executive Director of Willie Dean Ministries, Inc.
